Prof. Yuntao Shi

Biography: Yuntao Shi is a Professor and a Ph.D. supervisor in the School of Electrical and Control Engineering, North China University of Technology. He is also the dean of School of Electrical and Control Engineering, and the director of Beijing Key Laboratory of Fieldbus Technology and Automation. He received his Ph.D. degree from Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2006. He visited the Department of Automation of Tsinghua University in 2009 and visited the Sheffield Harlem University in Britain in 2010 as a visiting scholar. Now, he is the Secretary General of IOT Working Committee of China Instrument and Control Society, the director of China Instrument and Control Society, the director of Chinese Society of Nonferrous Metals, the director of Beijing Automation Society, and the director of Beijing Artificial Intelligence Society. His research interests include fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance of complex systems, dynamic risk assessment and intelligent decision. He has presided and participated in over 10 national, provincial, and ministerial projects, including two National Key R&D Programs of China, a National Natural Science Foundation, a Beijing Natural Science Foundation, three Beijing Science and Technology Projects, and three major projects founded by the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Chinese Academy of engineering. His research funding is over 30 million RMB. Until now, he has published over 100 papers, obtained over twenty patents, and won six research awards such as Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award (ranking 3).

Biography: Prof. Tony Tao Zhang is a full professor of North China University of Technology (NCUT) and Chief Scientist of ChangFeng Aerospace. He received his PhD degree in computer science from Kent State University of United States America. He was the Chief scientific adviser, North American Headquarters, Volkswagen Group, Germany, the senior banking consultant of IBM banking division, United States, the vice president of technology and operations, Bank of America, the CTO of PRECOM Information Technology, a Silicon Valley company. He focus on research of data processing platform with data indexing, modelling, relational maps, variety of algorithms, online data computation, cloud computation, inference engine, decision engine, knowledge mining and etc. He has designed and developed more than 60 software products with independent intellectual property rights, and 100 published papers on the intelligence applications which have been widely used in the fields of intelligent finance and banking, intelligent government, smart education, intelligent medical cares, smart manufacturing, smart city. Intelligent community, intelligent safety, MaaS Travel Service and etc. He is the chief expert in charge of the National Invested Top most Important Intelligent Projects by Department of National Science and technology, National Recognized and Certified Highest Level Talents of Oversea Returned Scientist From Western and American, the overseas Senior Technical Adviser of the CBRC, the chief scientist of Beijing Aerospace ChangFeng Co., Ltd., President of Electronic&Information Branch of Beijing Expert Association, Vice President of Western and American Returned Students' Association, the Chairman of International Conference in the Data Signal Process and Artificial Intelligence for 8 times.

Biography: Dr Arun Balodi, Senior Member IEEE, Fellow IETE, Life Member ISTE is currently working as Professor & Head at Atria Institute of Technology in Bangalore, India. Dr Arun bestowed with PhD, Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India, 2018, M. Tech., Digital Signal Processing, Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College, Pauri, India, 2010, and B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, India, 2005. He was awarded Gold Medal in M. Tech., and the Academic Excellence award in the year 2010 and 2011. His research area in Biomedical Signal and Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence. Dr Arun has more than 14 years of teaching and research experience in the various institutions in India, which include Shobhit Institute of Engineering and Technology, Gangoh, Saharanpur, Shivalik College of Engineering, Dehradun, National Institute of Technology, Delhi, and presently, Atria Institute of Technology, Bangalore, India. Dr Arun also received MHRD scholarships during the research work at IIT Roorkee. His research area is Digital Signal and Image Processing, Medical Image Analysis, Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition. He has published more than 14 papers in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. He is an active researcher and reviewer for various indexed Journals and Conferences and given various technical talks. He has actively participated in more than 22 FDPs and more than 100 webinars and conducted workshops in the domain of Signal and Image Processing. He is currently advising IEEE Student Branch at Atria Institute of Technology, Bangalore, for the IEEE Bangalore Section.
Prof. Yanjiao Chen

Biography: Yanjiao Chen received her B.E. degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2010 and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2015. She is currently a Bairen Researcher in the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, China. Her research interests include ML security, AI in networking, and mobile sensing. Yanjiao has published papers in ACM CCS, IEEE INFOCOM, ICDCS, etc. Yanjiao has served on the editorial board of IEEE WCL and served as TPC member in IEEE INFOCOM, NDSS, ICNP, etc.

Biography: Dr. Wei Wei is an associate professor of School of Computer Science and Engineering，Xi'an University of Technology, Xi'an 710048, China. He is a senior member of IEEE, CCF. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2011 and 2005, respectively. He ran many funded research projects as principal investigator and technical members. His research interest is in the area of wireless networks, wireless sensor networks Application, Image Processing, Mobile Computing, Distributed Computing, and Pervasive Computing, Internet of Things, Sensor Data Clouds, etc. He has published around one hundred research papers in international conferences and journals. He is an editorial board member of FGCS, IEEE Access, AHSWN, IEICE, KSII, etc. He is a TPC member of many conferences and regular reviewer of IEEE TPDS, TVT, TIP, TMC, TWC, JNCA and many other Elsevier journals.
